The apartment is filled with natural light, and is spacious and very cosy. It has recently been renovated and now includes bamboo flooring throughout and a rustic, open plan kitchen/dining/living area, separated by a handcrafted recycled timber island bench with built-in induction cooktop and electric oven.
The unit comfortably fits two people but can sleep four if you have visitors, as there is a futon lounge in the study that converts to a double bed. The study is equipped with a TV and a large custom-built desk constructed from recycled pallets and an old rosewood bed frame, where you can comfortably set up your laptop and use our broadband wifi or plug into the speakers to play your music. The main bedroom is spacious, and has a green leafy outlook through a large, north-facing window. There’s ample built-in cupboard space for clothes.
The bathroom is spacious and also includes laundry amenities, a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink. Linen, towels and a hairdryer are supplied.
There is a north-facing balcony with a charcoal kettle BBQ.
